Alwasiqa Packages Pvt Ltd, a leading manufacturer of adhesive tapes and packaging solutions, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join their team in Karachi. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail customers in the plastic, packaging, adhesive tape, or related industries. The ideal candidate has at least five years of sales experience, demonstrates excellent communication and negotiation skills, and is self-driven to meet and exceed sales targets. Experience with customer relationship management and a proactive approach to business development are essential for success in this role. The Salesperson will operate primarily in the field, visiting clients and managing orders to ensure a smooth sales process. This position requires attention to detail, consistent follow-up on payments, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Although this role does not involve managing a team, the individual will play a critical part in expanding Alwasiqa Packages Pvt Ltd’s market presence and achieving business growth objectives within assigned territories.
SALARY : 38000 Basic + Comission
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new customer leads and business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Visit distributors, wholesalers, and retail customers regularly to build and maintain lasting relationships.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets as set by company guidelines.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to order completion, including timely follow-up on customer payments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to advise clients effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and proposing tailored packaging and adhesive tape solutions.
- Prepare sales reports and document customer interactions to support business analysis and decision-making.
- Participate in promotional activities and contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and marketing efforts.
- Effectively negotiate pricing and contract terms to align both customer satisfaction and business profitability.
- Comply with company policies and procedures while representing Alwasiqa Packages Pvt Ltd professionally in all business dealings.
