Branch Manager (Clothing Brand)

Amanah Group of Companies is seeking a passionate and energetic Branch Manager for its clothing brand to oversee daily branch operations and ensure outstanding customer experiences. This role requires a customer-focused professional who can maintain operational efficiency, manage inventory, and uphold company standards while driving sales performance. Although the position does not require direct team management, the successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to motivate and support them in reaching sales goals. The ideal candidate holds a bachelors degree and possesses five years of experience in retail management, preferably within the fashion or clothing industry. They demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, and are proficient in POS systems and inventory control. This position involves maintaining stock accuracy, managing sales reconciliation, and ensuring high-quality service that reflects the brands premium shopping experience.
Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all daily branch operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company policies.
Support and coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets without directly managing team members.
Maintain excellent customer service standards and deliver a premium shopping experience at the branch.
Maintain and update inventory records and stock accuracy using POS and ERP systems.
Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the warehouse for timely stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
Oversee cash handling processes, billing accuracy, and daily sales reconciliation to ensure financial accountability.
Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports for senior management review.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to maintain strong customer relationships and brand loyalty.
Ensure full compliance with Amanah Groups policies, standard operating procedures, and operational standards at the branch.
