Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monitoring, supervising, and managing the growth of the company.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion while mitigating risks.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, while streamlining processes and procedures for optimal performance.
  • Develop and manage budgets to achieve financial targets, monitor financial performance through analysis of reports, and make strategic decisions to improve profitability through cost-effective measures.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performance team, fostering a positive and productive work environment while providing leadership, guidance, and support to team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, ensuring satisfaction by addressing concerns and implementing strategies to attract and retain them.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
  • Evaluate market trends and competition to stay ahead in the industry, implementing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, implementing policies and procedures to maintain legal and ethical standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the executive team, employees, and stakeholders, providing regular reports on company performance and progress towards goals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns or issues promptly and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience. Prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to exceed customer expectations. Address customer concerns and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
  • Implement a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing initiatives to drive organizational excellence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s in business administration, management, engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 15 – 20 years’ experience in a leadership or managerial role.
