We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our telecommunications company. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and performance management. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in promoting employee engagement and driving a positive and inclusive company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators and analyze trends
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive company culture
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR and ensure their integration into company policies and procedures
  • Oversee the maintenance of employee records and ensure confidentiality and data security

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience of 5+ years as an HR Manager or similar role in the same industry or sales company.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Experience with recruitment and performance management processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
