Senior Software Engineer

Applo is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join our development team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software systems by applying strong technical expertise and best practices. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge in system design, DevOps practices, and modern software development methodologies. The engineer will work independently with a focus on delivering high-quality code, optimizing performance, and ensuring system reliability without managing a team.
Responsibilities
Design and develop robust software architectures with a focus on scalability and performance improvements. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and ensure rapid delivery cycles. Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold code quality, identify defects, and promote best practices among peers. Utilize version control systems such as Git and GitHub for source code management and collaboration. Apply containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes to create reliable and portable development and production environments. Leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts to automate infrastructure provisioning and management. Integrate DevOps best practices to enhance system reliability, monitoring, and incident response. Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions promptly. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. Continuously evaluate new tools and technologies to improve development efficiency and software quality.
