Aquarius HR is seeking a results-driven Logistics Manager to lead and optimize last-mile delivery operations in Pakistan within a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. This role is ideal for a strong operational specialist who can manage logistics processes end-to-end and directly impact key business metrics such as buyout rate, delivery success, and overall efficiency.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in last-mile logistics, e-commerce, or delivery operations, and is comfortable managing both in-house couriers and third-party logistics providers. They are capable of building structured processes, controlling execution, and ensuring consistent delivery performance in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires a high level of ownership and operational discipline. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for distributing orders, optimizing delivery routes, monitoring execution in real time, and quickly resolving issues that affect delivery outcomes. A key part of the role is working with data — tracking KPIs such as buyout rate, returns, and SLA performance, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements.
In addition to logistics operations, the candidate will oversee confirmation operators, ensuring high-quality order verification and accurate customer data, which directly impacts delivery success. Strong attention to detail and process control is essential to maintain clean order flows and reduce cancellations or non-buyouts.
The position also involves active vendor management, including negotiating rates, monitoring performance, and replacing underperforming partners. The successful candidate is analytical, execution-focused, and capable of making fast, data-driven decisions to improve operational results.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is required for reporting and analysis. Fluency in a local language (Urdu or regional) is essential for communication with couriers and partners, while conversational English is needed for internal collaboration.
Experience in COD operations and high-volume environments will be a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily last-mile deliveries across Pakistan
- Assign orders and balance workload between couriers
- Monitor courier performance, capacity, and delivery statuses
- Track daily delivery volumes and route coverage
- Follow up on delayed, failed, or returned orders
- Communicate directly with couriers and delivery partners
- Resolve delivery issues and operational bottlenecks in real time
- Verify delivery information before dispatch when required
- Track and update order statuses in CRM systems and Google Sheets
- Monitor buyout rates, delivery success rates, and return rates
- Work closely with support, confirmation, and warehouse teams
- Prepare daily operational and delivery performance reports
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery execution
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and courier performance
- Maintain accurate delivery records and operational documentation
