Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:
- Achievement of CASA and Total Deposit Targets of area on a monthly basis.
- Supervise and follow up on daily monitoring routine of BMs and conduct random calls to branches.
- Ensure the achievement of Total Deposit Targets of areas by meeting high net worth individuals and corporate customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Constantly deepen relationships and manage the portfolio.
- Identify and tap target markets while introducing the bank.
- Meet account opening targets by maintaining follow-up records with potential customers.
- Develop strategies to achieve the allocated targets of the area and follow up with staff for individual assigned targets.
- Achieve all business KPIs as per the balanced scorecard while enhancing customer service quality.
- Ensure efficiency in branches by designing and implementing smooth workflows and improving QA audit categories.
- Monitor transaction turnaround times while ensuring customer satisfaction and prompt disposal of complaints.
- Maintain cleanliness and a conducive banking environment at area branches.
- Appraise branch staff monthly based on their performance and potential.
- Complete any other assignments as given by the Regional office/Branch Banking Division.
- Ensure compliance in branches with Operational Risk Management Policies & Procedures while enhancing customer service quality.
- Follow up on audit rectifications and ensure timely closure of audit reports.
- Coordinate with branches for SBP inspection compliance.
- Rectify discrepant accounts under ADCEP.
- Identify branches that require merging, relocating, renovating, or opening within set deadlines and recommend new locations.
- Implement approved mergers, relocations, and renovations as per Branch Banking strategy.
- Conduct regular visits and meetings with branch staff, maintaining records of these interactions.
- Conduct weekly/monthly meetings with BMs.
- Complete any other assignments as given by the Supervisor.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/foreign university.
Experience: Minimum 07 to 09 years of banking experience, with a preference for candidates having 5 years of relevant experience.
Age: Up to 55 Years as of July 2nd, 2026.
