A reputable pharmaceutical company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining quality systems, and overseeing all QA operations.
*Key Responsibilities* :
Develop, implement, and maintain Quality
Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, DRAP, WHO guidelines)
Review and approve batch manufacturing records, SOPs, and validation protocols
Ensure compliance with ALCOA+ principles for data integrity
Conduct internal audits and prepare for regulatory inspections
Handle deviations, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and change control processes
Monitor and improve product quality through risk management and continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee documentation control and ensure proper record-keeping
Coordinate with production, QC, and regulatory departments
Provide training to staff on quality standards and procedures
