The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads further leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
You should be able to communicate with clients and guide them with the required immigration procedures. Besides, you should assist them in gathering and submitting the required documents. As an Immigration Consultant, you should be up-to-date with the immigration laws and any changes with the same. Moreover, you should also be able to assist clients with the fulfilment of medical checkups and any other mandatory requirements.
As part of your job responsibilities, you should be able to keep the clients in the loop about their immigration status.Successful candidate should have complete knowledge of the laws and regulations governing the travel and tourism industry.Furthermore, you should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to conduct in-depth research.You should be able to coordinate with different governing bodies on behalf of the client.If you can guide our clients through a successful immigration procedure, then do send us your application. Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients and understanding their immigration requirements
- Helping clients in gathering and submitting the required documents· Reviewing the submitted documents
- Keeping up-to-date with the industry changes and any alterations to the immigration laws
- Advising clients on medical checkups and any other procedures required
- Maintaining an accurate record and invoices for the services provided
- Submitting documents to the respective authorities on behalf of clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets· Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Keeping clients up-to-date with their immigration status and communicating any foreseeable delays
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 1-3 years of work experience as an Immigration Consultant, Sales/Marketing Executive, or a similar role in the Sales industry
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM & ERP systems
- Knowledge of the immigration laws, procedures, and other requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and research-driven individual
- Ability to work under pressured situations
- Self Starter & Entrepreneurial mentality
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to offer excellent customer service· Proactive approach to getting clients
