Planning & Development Intern

Ashwheelz is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Planning & Development Intern to support various projects and business initiatives. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students in BBA, Business Administration, Economics, Management Sciences, or related fields who are eager to gain hands-on experience in project management, data analysis, and business planning. The intern will assist in collecting and organizing data, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting the monitoring of business performance. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently to contribute to team goals without managing others. As a Planning & Development Intern, you will enhance your understanding of business operations and development strategies by working closely with the planning team. You will handle tasks involving data organization, trend identification, and the preparation of insightful documentation. The role requires good communication and coordination skills to collaborate across departments effectively. Time management and attention to detail are critical as you will juggle multiple assignments aimed at supporting the companys growth and performance monitoring efforts.
Responsibilities

Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing business data to support planning and development activities.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
Conduct research to gather relevant information on market trends and business performance.
Support the monitoring and evaluation of ongoing projects and business initiatives.
