Accounts Intern

Ashwheelz Pvt Ltd is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join our finance team. This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance. The Accounts Intern will assist in maintaining accurate financial records and support various bookkeeping activities under supervision. Ideal candidates are eager to learn, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and are proficient in basic accounting software and Microsoft Excel. The Accounts Intern plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the accounting department by assisting with invoice processing, bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable management, and financial data entry. While this role does not require managing a team, it does involve collaborating with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial documentation. The intern will contribute to the efficient preparation of financial reports and help maintain an organized system for tracking invoices, receipts, and payments.
Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and accounting documentation to support the finance departments operations.
Support daily bookkeeping activities, including the entry of financial data into accounting systems.
Assist with the processing, verification, and tracking of invoices to ensure timely payments and collections.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records for accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Participate in bank reconciliation processes by verifying transaction accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
Contribute to the preparation of basic financial reports and statements under supervision.
Safeguard and systematically file invoices, receipts, payment documents, and other financial records.
Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support overall financial management.
