JMP Specialist

Ashwheelz Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated JMP Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in statistical analysis and the use of JMP software to support data-driven decision-making in journey management and fleet monitoring. This role focuses on applying analytical tools to improve transport operations, monitor driver safety, and enhance vehicle readiness while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. The specialist does not manage a team but collaborates closely with multiple departments including Dispatch, Operations, and HSE to optimize workflows and respond efficiently to live trip situations. The JMP Specialist plays a critical role in analyzing and interpreting statistical data related to vehicle tracking and journey planning. The position demands proficiency in designing experiments, generating reports, and automating workflows to increase operational efficiency. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential to coordinate effectively and to manage real-time trip monitoring, identifying delays, breakdowns, or emergencies promptly. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as HSE, Logistics, or Business Administration, and brings hands-on experience working with GPS/IVMS and vehicle tracking systems.
Responsibilities

Conduct detailed statistical analysis of journey management and transport operations data using JMP software.
Design and implement experiments and data collection processes to optimize fleet performance and safety.
Generate comprehensive reports on transport operations, driver behavior, vehicle readiness, and journey outcomes.
Automate workflows within the JMP environment to improve efficiency and accuracy of data handling and reporting.
Interpret statistical results to provide actionable insights for enhancing driver safety, fatigue monitoring, and vehicle maintenance.
Monitor live trips through GPS/IVMS and vehicle tracking systems, responding quickly to delays, breakdowns, and emergency situations.
Collaborate closely with Dispatch, Operations, and HSE teams to ensure seamless communication and coordinated responses.
Ensure accurate journey planning, driver safety compliance, and vehicle readiness assessments in line with company policies.
Maintain and update databases related to fleet monitoring and journey management operations.
Utilize MS Office and ERP tools for data entry, reporting, and process management.
Apply strong attention to detail in reviewing data for consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
Support decision-making processes through timely and precise analysis.
Stay current with best practices in transport safety, fleet management, and statistical analysis methodologies.
