Registered Nurse

Asia General Hospital Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate possesses a recognized nursing degree, valid registration, and a minimum of two years of clinical experience. This role requires strong capabilities in patient assessment, medication administration, infection control, wound care, and patient education. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, support doctors in treatment plans, and ensure the highest standards of nursing practice within the hospital environment. This is a role focused on individual contribution, with no team management responsibilities. The Registered Nurse ensures that patients receive thorough care by accurately assessing their health status and implementing appropriate nursing interventions. The role demands excellent attention to detail, adherence to infection control protocols, and effective communication skills to educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans. The nurse collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and maintain a safe and supportive clinical setting.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather health history and monitor physical conditions.
Administer prescribed medications accurately and monitor patients for side effects and reactions.

Perform wound care management, including cleaning, dressing, and documenting healing progress.
Provide patient education on disease management, medication schedules, and healthy lifestyle practices.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and adjust individualized patient care plans.
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation of patient care and treatment.
Monitor vital signs and report any significant changes to the medical team promptly.
