Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction/Project Manager to oversee the construction of two major hospital projects. The ideal candidate will have a civil engineering background, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing labor parties and finishing works.

Responsibilities:

Oversee construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time.
Manage labor parties, including subcontractors and suppliers
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, and government contracting requirements
Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university (UET and NUST graduates preferred)
1-2 years of experience in construction project management
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishing works
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Proficiency in construction management software and tools
