This position involves supporting the accurate and timely preparation of worker wages, attendance, overtime, and related payroll records within a manufacturing environment. The role requires maintaining proper documentation and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth payroll operations. The successful candidate will assist in wage verification, data entry, and resolving discrepancies, while playing an active role in monthly payroll processing and wage reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and verification of daily and monthly wages.
- Maintain and update records related to attendance, overtime, leave, and deductions.
- Verify piece-rate and production-based wages according to approved rates.
- Ensure accurate data entry in Excel and payroll/ERP systems.
- Coordinate with HR, Production, and other relevant departments on wage-related matters.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies related to wages and attendance.
- Maintain proper wage records and supporting documentation.
- Support monthly payroll processing and wage reconciliation activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Wages/HR Manager.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in wages or payroll, preferably within the garments or textile manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/ERP systems.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and record-keeping abilities.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.

Compensation and Work Location
- Monthly salary range: Rs 45,000 to Rs 50,000.
- Work location: On-site (in person).
