Associate Professor

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality teaching and supervision at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

- Publish research findings in reputable journals recognized by HEC or PEC.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
- Engage with professional organizations and contribute to the institution’s outreach and development activities.
- Mentor students and junior faculty members.

- Collaborate with national and international organizations to enhance research and professional practice.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of ten years of teaching experience, including at least four years at the post-Ph.D. level, in an HEC-recognized university or postgraduate institution; or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field within a national or international organization.
- Alternatively, a minimum of five years of post-Ph.D. teaching or research experience in an HEC-recognized university or postgraduate institution, or relevant professional experience in a national or international organization.
- A strong publication record with at least ten research articles published in HEC or PEC-recognized journals.
- At least four of these publications should have been published within the last five years, demonstrating ongoing research activity and contribution to the field.
