I’m looking for a motivated fresh architecture graduate to join me in establishing a new architecture and design studio in Lahore.

The studio will work on client projects alongside self-initiated design and research projects. These research projects will explore new architectural ideas, concepts and design approaches and will be published online and through social media to build the studio’s portfolio and identity.

About Me

I’m a UK Chartered Architect currently working client-side in Riyadh on major architecture and urban development projects. Previously, I spent around five years with Populous in London, working on major international stadium and arena projects.

The role offers the opportunity to work closely with me, learn from my experience and be involved in building a new design studio from its early stages.

What I’m Looking For

Recent Architecture graduate
Good design and visual communication skills
Basic 2D/3D modelling and presentation skills
Curious, creative and willing to learn
Reliable and proactive
Interest in architecture, design and research

Responsibilities

Assist with architectural design and concept development
Carry out design research, precedent studies and site/context analysis
Develop studio-led research and speculative design projects
Produce 2D drawings, diagrams and presentation material
Create and develop 3D models
Produce architectural visualisations and renders
Assist with live client projects from concept through design development
Research materials, products, construction methods and new technologies
Help prepare client presentations, proposals and design reports
Prepare project content for the studio’s website, portfolio and social media
Maintain organised project files, drawings and design information
Attend site visits and meetings when required
Coordinate with consultants, suppliers and contractors as the studio develops
Explore and learn new software, AI tools and design workflows
Contribute ideas to the growth, identity and direction of the studio
