Flight Dispatcher Operation Executive

Aurora Aviation is seeking a dedicated Flight Dispatcher Operation Executive to join its Islamabad office, coordinating closely with the Dubai head office. This role involves comprehensive monitoring and management of flight operations, including flight planning, real-time tracking, and communication with relevant departments and authorities. The successful candidate will oversee operational activities, ensuring seamless coordination between various teams and external stakeholders, while maintaining compliance with ICAO standards. This position requires, fostering effective communication, and ensuring high operational standards in a fast-paced aviation environment. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of flight dispatch procedures, airport codes, and aviation communication systems. They must be proficient in handling operational irregularities and managing information systems vital to flight safety and efficiency. Prior experience in flight dispatch and airline operations is preferred, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to maintaining accurate records and timely communication within a dynamic aviation setting.

Responsibilities

Monitor incoming flight information continuously and forward it promptly to relevant departments and stations to ensure timely updates and smooth operations.
Coordinate flight operations and communication between Aurora Aviation’s Dubai head office and the Islamabad office to maintain consistent workflow and information accuracy.
Track flight statuses, schedules, and real-time updates diligently to manage operational planning and respond rapidly to any changes or disruptions.
Utilize knowledge of IATA and ICAO airport codes for accurate flight identification and coordination.
Receive, interpret, and respond to operational queries and messages accurately and efficiently, ensuring clarity and prompt resolution.
Liaise effectively with airlines, ground handling staff, and relevant regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth and safe flight operations.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of flight data, communication logs, and operational activities for compliance and reference.
Manage and handle any operational irregularities, including delays, cancellations, or emergencies, escalating issues as required to higher management.
Ensure compliance with ICAO Annex 6 and other aviation regulations, maintaining safety and operational standards.
Utilize NOTAM management systems and aeronautical information to stay informed of changes impacting flight operations.
Supervise and lead a team of 15 persons, promoting collaboration, accountability, and professional development within the operations team.
Employ weather analysis tools and communicate necessary information to adapt flight plans and ensure safety under varying meteorological conditions.
Coordinate the use of Air Traffic Control communication systems to support effective flight dispatch and operational decision-making.
Support the integration of technology such as MS Office and operational software tools to increase efficiency and accuracy in flight dispatch processes.
