Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-2 years experience as a Software QA Engineer or in a similar role, with a track record of successful software testing and defect identification.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, testing types, and best practices.
- Familiarity with various testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or equivalent.
- Experience with manual testing, test case design, and test execution in an Agile development environment.
- Proficiency in using issue tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Devops) to document and track testing activities.
- Solid understanding of software development processes and the ability to work closely with development teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, report, and troubleshoot software defects.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive approach to continuous learning and self-improvement in the field of software quality assurance.
