LTV Driver

Responsibilities

Operate light transport vehicles (LTV) in a safe and responsible manner at all times.
Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, regulations, and company safety policies.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle conditions meet safety standards.
Report any vehicle malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly to the relevant department.
Plan routes effectively to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents during trips.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and management on delivery status and any potential delays.
Ensure the secure loading and unloading of goods to prevent damage during transportation.
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle assigned.
Comply with company policies regarding working hours and rest periods to ensure safety.
Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy when interacting with clients and the public.
Participate in safety training sessions and remain updated on best driving practices.
