Baig Transport Services (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and managing project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining clear communication among stakeholders. This role involves overseeing project scheduling, budget tracking, and proper documentation management to support successful project execution. The candidate will lead a team of 5 persons, coordinating their efforts to align with project goals and company standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, and possesses excellent stakeholder communication abilities. The Project Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining transparency and efficiency across all project phases. They facilitate collaboration among internal teams, manage resources effectively, and track financial aspects to ensure projects stay within budget and meet quality expectations.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and management to keep all parties informed of project status and changes.
Monitor project budgets closely, track expenditures, and report budget variances to management on a regular basis.
Manage project documentation including reports, meeting minutes, contracts, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Lead and supervise a team of 5 persons, delegate tasks appropriately, and foster a collaborative and productive working environment.
Prepare detailed progress reports, analyze project performance metrics, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up on action items to maintain project momentum.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and PivotTables to analyze data, generate project insights, and support decision-making processes.
