BBJ Pipes Industries Pvt. Ltd is looking for a skilled DM HR & ADMIN (Factory) to lead and manage the comprehensive HR and administrative functions at the factory location. This role demands a proactive professional who will oversee labor law compliance, employee relations, recruitment, and talent acquisition while ensuring efficient administration of discipline, security, transport, housekeeping, and general facilities. The candidate will manage workforce attendance, leaves, overtime, and employee records with accuracy and timeliness. Managing a team of 20 individuals, this position requires strong leadership and coordination skills to foster a productive, safe, and compliant work environment. The selected candidate will work closely with various departments, ensuring the seamless operation of daily activities within the factory, maintaining industrial relations, and resolving employee grievances promptly. They must ensure adherence to relevant labor laws, EOBI, PESSI/Social Security regulations, and the organizations HR policies and procedures. Preparation and presentation of HR and administration reports, along with effective communication with senior management, are key aspects of this role. Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related fields with over 10 years of experience, preferably within manufacturing or pipe industries.
Responsibilities

Manage all factory administration functions, including discipline enforcement, security management, transport coordination, housekeeping, and facility maintenance to support smooth factory operations.
Supervise and monitor employee attendance, leaves, overtime, and maintain accurate HR-related records and documentation to ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Coordinate recruitment processes, onboarding of new employees, manpower planning, and talent acquisition activities to meet the factorys staffing requirements.
Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations and conflict resolution strategies.
Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, industrial regulations, EOBI, PESSI/Social Security requirements, and internal HR policies consistently.
Monitor and implement factory safety measures, cleanliness, and security protocols to maintain a safe and orderly workplace.
Prepare detailed HR and administrative reports for management review, ensuring data accuracy and timely submissions.
Lead and manage a team of 20 personnel, providing guidance, motivation, and direction to enhance team performance and productivity.
Collaborate with management and other departments to optimize operational processes and address employee-related concerns promptly.
Utilize HR and attendance management systems along with MS Office applications efficiently to facilitate HR operations and reporting.

BBJ is a reputed manufacturer of MS & GI pipes. The Industry is located at Industrial Estate Chunian on the main Lahore-Multan Highway with its Head Office at Lahore. The factory is equipped with the sate of art machinery in pipe production, having high frequency induction welding plants with duel capability for using either the induction or contact type of welding processes. BBJ has the capability to produce pipes fully conforming to international standard e. g. BSS, API & ASTM. BBJ is approved company in Pakistan having license of API 5L & 5CT (USA), ISO 9001 � 2000. BBJ Pipes are subjected to hydrostatic pressure test to check the weld strength. To maintain strict quality control, samples of the product are also regularly checked for tensile, flattening and bend tests according to prescribed standards. To ensure that quality pipes are being produced, we use on line Eddy Current and seam annealing to normalize weld seam according to APL 5L, to avoid tempered marten site in the weld seam and in heat affected zone. BBJ concentrates its attention on each stage of the manufacturing, galvanizing, finishing process, quality control and inspection to maintain standard of its product.
