Female Sales Associate

This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals with at least one year of experience in sales or retail, or freshers eager to grow their careers in the retail sector. The successful candidate will engage customers actively, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate furniture and home decor products, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales. Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner upon their arrival at the showroom.
Identify and understand customer requirements by engaging in active listening and questioning.
Provide detailed product knowledge, including features, pricing, and benefits of furniture and home decor offerings.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products that align with their tastes and needs to enhance their shopping experience.
Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Handle cash and other payment methods in a secure and accountable manner.
Manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain the showroom's visual appeal by organizing product displays, replenishing inventory, and ensuring cleanliness.
Promote additional products through upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the team to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Record and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings continually.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and foster customer loyalty.
Adapt to training sessions and continuously update product knowledge and sales techniques to stay informed about market trends.
Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical practices consistently in all sales activities.
Commit to regular attendance and punctuality to ensure smooth showroom operations and excellent customer service.
