Customer Support Representative (CSR)

As a Customer Support Representative, you engage directly with international clients, understanding their requirements and recommending solutions tailored to their needs. You follow the entire sales process from initial inquiry through to successful deal closure, including conducting follow-ups and handling objections skillfully. Maintaining accurate records and adhering strictly to company standard operating procedures forms a key part of the role. Your expertise will contribute to achieving assigned sales targets and key performance indicators, all while representing Best Media Service in a professional manner. Experience in sales, customer support, or related fields, ideally with some background in printing and packaging industries, will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
Responsibilities

Handle international customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
Understand and analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure and follow-up.
Conduct negotiations and address customer objections to optimize sales outcomes.
Convert leads into sales and consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow company standard operating procedures and policies diligently.
Utilize MS Office, Google Docs, and Google Sheets effectively to document and process sales activities.
Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Contribute positively to the work environment by maintaining professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.
