Betterclean Services is seeking a motivated Telesales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on making outbound calls to UK businesses with the objective of generating leads and driving sales. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, particularly in English, and excels at engaging potential clients using effective cold calling techniques and prepared scripts. This position offers the flexibility of working from home, making it ideal for individuals who are self-driven and comfortable with remote work environments. In this role, the Telesales Assistant does not manage a team but works closely with the sales department to support overall business growth. The candidate will be expected to maintain a high volume of calls daily, apply learned sales strategies, and adapt messaging to meet client needs. A minimum of two years' experience in a telesales or related customer interaction position is required to ensure the candidate can effectively contribute to the teams objectives and company goals.
Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to UK-based businesses using provided cold calling scripts and techniques.
Generate and qualify leads to support the sales pipeline and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain detailed records of calls and client interactions using company CRM tools.
Adapt sales pitches based on the customers needs and responses to maximize engagement and success rates.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated.
Provide feedback on call scripts and sales processes to help improve overall team performance.
Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with company objectives.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, including data protection and privacy regulations during communications.
Participate in training sessions to improve telesales techniques and product knowledge.
Manage time effectively to maintain productivity while working remotely.
