About the Role Bexta is seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Manager to lead our night-shift HR operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workforce management, handle employee concerns, oversee compliance, and support our growing team during night hours.
Key Responsibilities
Manage HR operations and staff support during night shift
Oversee attendance, performance, and disciplinary procedures
Facilitate employee onboarding and documentation
Resolve employee queries and maintain a positive work environment
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Coordinate with day-shift HR team for seamless communication
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Prior experience in HR management (night-shift experience preferred)
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations
Excellent organizational and reporting abilities
