Hr Manager Night Shift

Bexta Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated HR Manager for the night shift to oversee human resources functions and ensure smooth HR operations during non-standard hours. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing a team of two personnel, providing leadership and guidance to handle employee relations, recruitment, and staffing needs. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and adhered to during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in HR and possess a business degree or equivalent education. The HR Manager will work closely with all departments to support talent acquisition, employee engagement, and effective HR operations. They will act as a point of contact for employees concerns during the night shift and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a small team are essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of two HR staff during the night shift, providing support and direction to achieve department goals.
Manage employee relations by addressing queries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
Oversee recruitment and staffing processes including job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices during the night shift operations.
Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and performance during the night shift.
Collaborate with other departments to understand staffing needs and provide timely HR support.
Conduct orientation sessions and training for new employees joining during night hours.
Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports related to recruitment, retention, and employee satisfaction for senior management.
Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Continually assess and improve HR procedures to enhance efficiency and employee experience during night shifts.
Support payroll coordination and address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
Participate in policy development and communicate updates effectively to the night shift workforce.
