Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with account managers and recruiters to understand open roles and client expectations in the U.S. IT/tech market.
Source qualified candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Monster, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and internal databases.
Focus on roles such as Software Developers, DevOps Engineers, Network/System Administrators, Cloud Engineers, Data Analysts, and Technical Support.
Use advanced Boolean/X-ray search techniques to identify passive candidates.
Conduct initial outreach, screening, and qualification calls to assess technical skills, communication, availability, and cultural fit.
Submit qualified candidates with complete write-ups and ensure timely follow-up and coordination for interviews.
Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously with urgency and attention to detail.
Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS and CRM tools.
Build a strong pipeline of pre-vetted candidates for recurring roles and future client needs.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in technical sourcing or IT recruitment within a staffing or consulting agency.
Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates for U.S.-based clients across multiple time zones.
Deep understanding of U.S. hiring standards, market trends, and candidate expectations.
Familiarity with work authorization types (e.g., H1B, GC, USC) and employment classifications (W2, C2C, 1099).
Proficient in using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, GitHub, and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, CEIPAL, JobDiva, or similar).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in U.S. IT contract staffing.
Prior use of CRM systems and automated sourcing tools (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, SeekOut).
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and client hiring needs.
