We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Graphic & Packaging Designer with a strong background in printing and packaging to join our dynamic team. This role involves creating visually appealing packaging designs and print materials that communicate our brand's message and resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop packaging solutions for various products, ensuring they are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with branding guidelines.
- Create print materials such as promotional items and business stationery, maintaining consistency in design across all platforms.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for printing, considering color management, print processes, and material selection.
- Stay updated with current graphic design, printing, and packaging trends.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 07 years of professional experience in graphic design, specifically focusing on printing and packaging.
- Proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Corel Draw.
- Strong understanding of printing processes, materials, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetic design.Capability to work under pressure.
