- The position will be responsible for preparing strategic and short-term action plans for assigned categories in line with Company's overall strategic sales plans
- Assist and provide input to National Sales Manager in strategic planning
- Conduct SWAT and PEST analysis for categories on regular basis
- Generate reports and market analysis for top management to make timely decisions
- Lead the sales team to achieve sales and growth targets
- Monitor team performance on regular basis and ensure deliverance against assigned KPIs
- Shall be responsible for sales resource planning , designing of sales & promotional activities for development of sales areas
- Shall be responsible for on-ground execution of sales and promotional activities for which traveling is required
