- Description Position at BM Collection
- BM Collection is a textile factory manufacturing fleece blankets, quilts, bed sheets and much more.
- We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to undertake a variety of HR duties. In this role, you will perform day to day operational tasks to assist the HR department.
- The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of Human Resources responsibilities. Responsibilities Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Prepare employment letters, contracts and offer letters etc. Maintain records of personnel data (payroll, personal information, employee database sheet, etc.) and ensure all employment requirements are met.
- Manage employees’ leave records and timesheets. Liaise with other departments and/or functions (Finance, Ecommerce etc.).
- Assist with employee engagement activities and coordinate employee events.
- Actively partake in employer’s branding activities on different social media platforms i.e., LinkedIn, Facebook and represent company in different job fairs.
- Other HR day to day tasks as required by the supervisor.
- Must have 1 years proven experience as a HR Officer or relevant human resources position in Textile or any manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of human resources functions, processes, and best practices.
- Experience using social media (Linked In, Twitter, Facebook etc.).
- Strong ability in using MS Office suite (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proven track record of handling multiple HRD activities/tasks at the same time. Reliable,
- people person who enjoys working with a diverse range of individuals and puts employee requirements and needs first.
- Must be a team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet tight timelines.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or in relevant business field.
