- Proof, format, and edit member-facing documents, including accompanying materials for external distribution in accordance with operational, state and/or federal regulatory compliance.
- Identify and resolve document production issues and escalate as appropriate.
- Ability to use Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
- Strong ability to develop a hands-on understanding of a multiple variety of software applications
- Smartsheet experience preferred
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines
