Senior Software Developer - Team Lead

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full stack development, along with demonstrated leadership abilities. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, guiding them through various projects, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of full stack developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions across the full stack.
Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce coding standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and meet project deadlines.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our development processes and tools.
Serve as a technical expert, offering insights and recommendations to address complex technical challenges.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3-4 years of professional experience as a full stack developer, with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers, including task assignment, performance evaluation, and team development.
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript (Node.js, React.js, Angular, etc.), Python, Java, or similar.
Strong understanding of web development concepts, including RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and responsive design principles.
Experience with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
