Sales Executives

BrandEdge Creation is seeking motivated Sales Executives with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates have excellent communication and negotiation skills and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for advancing business opportunities and developing strong customer relationships to promote our products and services effectively. You will manage a team of four persons, providing guidance and support to ensure collective sales goals are achieved. In this role, you will actively participate in prospecting new clients and qualifying leads to generate sales opportunities while delivering compelling consultative selling presentations. This position requires a proactive approach to business development and a willingness to collaborate with the team to drive growth. Basic computer skills are necessary to manage records and presentations efficiently. Candidates with strong interpersonal skills who demonstrate enthusiasm for sales will thrive in this environment.
Responsibilities

Identify potential clients through sales prospecting and lead generation activities.
Evaluate sales leads and qualify prospects to develop productive relationships.
Deliver consultative sales presentations tailored to client needs and preferences.
Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to build loyalty and future opportunities.
Collaborate and manage a team of four salespersons, providing guidance, training, and motivation.
Monitor customer feedback and market trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up plans using computer systems.
Assist in planning and implementing sales campaigns and promotional events.
Report regularly on sales performance and team progress to management.
