Core Responsibilities
- Build, train, and evaluate classical ML and deep learning models under senior guidance.
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering for structured and unstructured datasets.
- Maintain ML pipelines using MLflow and DVC, ensuring reproducibility and version control.
- Implement components in LangChain/LangGraph for LLM-based tasks such as RAG workflows and agents.
- Write modular, production-ready Python scripts for model training and inference.
- Assist in deploying models using Dockerized microservices or REST APIs.
- Collaborate with senior ML engineers to improve datasets, evaluation metrics, and training pipelines.
- Debug model issues, monitor model performance, and document experiments.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of classical ML algorithms including Regression, SVM, Random Forest, Clustering, PCA, etc.
- Practical experience with Deep Learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Autoencoders) using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Proficient in Python and key ML libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib/Seaborn.
- Hands-on experience with ML engineering tools:
- MLflow for experiment tracking
- DVC for dataset and model versioning
- Docker for containerized ML workflows
- Exposure to LangChain and LangGraph for building LLM-based agents and pipelines.
- Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
- Basic knowledge of API development (FastAPI/Flask) for model deployment.
Soft Skills:
· Leadership and mentoring abilities.
· High attention to detail and a commitment to quality and timelines.
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
· Self-driven, curious, and willing to explore new technologies.
Education:
BSc or MSc in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
