We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor to join our marketing team. As a Video Editor, you will play a vital role in creating compelling video content to showcase our commercial projects and attract potential buyers. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality videos that effectively communicate the features and benefits of our properties.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging videos that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Utilize video editing software and tools to enhance video quality, including color correction, audio adjustments, and special effects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and ensure that videos effectively communicate key selling points.
- Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for video content, keeping in mind the target audience and marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing, implementing new techniques and technologies to enhance video quality and engagement.
- Ensure timely delivery of edited videos, meeting project deadlines and quality standards.
- Manage and organize video files and assets in an efficient manner for easy retrieval and future use.
- Collaborate with team members, including videographers, graphic designers, and marketing managers, to create cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency setting.
- Proficient in using video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong technical skills in video editing, including color correction, audio editing, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression standards for different platforms and delivery methods.
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts for video content.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
