The position requires working onsite at the Lahore office and collaborating closely with team members to drive campaign success without direct team management responsibilities. The Google Ads Expert will be responsible for continuously improving campaign performance through budget optimization and leveraging tools such as Google Tag Manager to enhance tracking and measurement capabilities. A proactive approach is needed to identify trends and deliver actionable insights. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential to align advertising strategies with overall business goals and maintain effective stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve business objectives.
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and optimize ad placements.
Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and other relevant tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
Develop and adjust bidding strategies and optimize budgets to maximize return on ad spend while staying within defined financial limits.
Analyze campaign performance data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for continual improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising efforts with marketing and sales goals.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads and digital marketing.
Work onsite in the Lahore office, participating in regular meetings and contributing as a productive team member.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ad delivery, tracking inaccuracies, and campaign performance.
Maintain compliance with Google Ads policies and industry standards.
