Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements to support project objectives.
- Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, workflows, and reports.
- Collaborate closely with developers, UI/UX teams, Quality Assurance, and Project Managers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct product research and competitor analysis while maintaining detailed and organized documentation.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including discussions, sprint planning, and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical skills paired with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Notion, or ClickUp is a plus.
- Proven ability to learn quickly and approach challenges with a solution-focused mindset.
Work Location
This position requires in-person attendance at the company’s office, fostering direct collaboration within the team.
