Billionaire Investment Group is seeking a motivated and goal-driven Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team on-site in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales by engaging with potential and existing customers, closing deals primarily over the phone, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary and requires a professional who is eager to contribute to the company’s growth while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing customers to introduce new products or services using prepared scripts.
- Reach out to potential or existing references to generate leads.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding products and company information.
- Ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and effectively close sales.
- Proactively generate new prospects and leads to expand the customer base.
- Accurately enter and update customer information in the company database.
- Process orders with precision and ensure all sales transactions are handled correctly.
- Demonstrate a commitment to exceeding sales targets by going the “extra mile” to facilitate future sales opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and any useful customer information for reporting and follow-up purposes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers confidently and professionally.
- Ability to quickly learn about products and services and explain them clearly to customers.
- A calm and composed demeanor with the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the capability to resolve issues and address customer complaints effectively.
This role is strictly on-site in Islamabad, and candidates must be willing to attend interviews at the company’s office. Interviews will not be conducted online. Applicants should be prepared to provide two or three available dates and times for an in-person interview. The application deadline is July 20, 2025, with an expected start date of August 1, 2025.
