We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time position is focused on driving growth within the fintech and banking sectors by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting advanced banking solutions such as ATMs, Cash Deposit Machines (CDM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and currency sorting machines. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in fintech sales along with a proven ability to establish and maintain strategic partnerships that contribute to sustained business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within the fintech and banking industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Promote and sell a variety of banking technology solutions including ATMs, CDMs, CRM systems, and currency sorting machines.
- Work closely with internal teams to customize solutions that align with client requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead contract negotiations and successfully close deals to meet or exceed sales targets, supporting overall company growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in business, finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in business development within the fintech or banking sectors.
- Demonstrated success in sales of fintech products or related technologies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage and grow client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
