Business Development Manager

ePOSmatic Pvt. Ltd., a dynamic company based in Peshawar, Pakistan, is seeking to hire two full-time Business Development Officers. These professionals will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth by expanding its customer base and fostering strong relationships with businesses interested in digital transformation solutions. The ideal candidates will be energetic, proactive, and skilled at identifying potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and offering customized solutions aligned with ePOSmatic’s product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Thoroughly understand customer requirements and recommend suitable digital transformation solutions.
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotations tailored to prospective clients.
- Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the value of ePOSmatic’s offerings.
- Negotiate terms and successfully close business deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project delivery.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience in a relevant field is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for effective client engagement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address client challenges and provide effective solutions.

Candidates with prior experience in business development or sales within the technology sector will have a competitive edge. ePOSmatic offers a competitive salary package ranging from Rs90,000 to Rs110,000 per month.
