Quality Control (QC):
-
Conduct routine quality tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished paints.

Ensure compliance with company standards and industry specifications.

Maintain QC records, reports, and test documentation.

Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with production.
-
Monitor batch consistency, shade matching, viscosity, drying time, and performance properties.
Research & Development (R&D):
-
Develop and improve paint formulations (emulsion, enamel, primer, putty, etc.).
-
Conduct trials for new products, cost optimization, and performance enhancement.
-
Evaluate new raw materials and suppliers.
-
Support scale-up from lab to production.
-
Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and regulations.
Production & Technical Support:
-
Provide technical guidance to production and sales teams.
-
Assist in resolving customer complaints related to product performance.
-
Ensure safe handling of chemicals and lab equipment.
