Cab Dispatcher / Customer Support Representative (On-site)

Alliance Connect BPO, a US-registered business process outsourcing company, is looking for a skilled Cab Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Rawalpindi office. This on-site role involves coordinating transportation services and providing excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with drivers and clients to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs, maintain accurate records, and use dispatch software to oversee daily operations. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule transportation services efficiently to meet client needs.
- Maintain proactive communication with drivers and customers to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, delivering outstanding support.
- Keep accurate trip logs, reports, and dispatch records to ensure transparency and smooth operations.
- Utilize dispatch software and communication tools to monitor and manage daily activities.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
- Confidence in handling customer calls in English.
- Proficiency with computers, web-based applications, Microsoft Office, and other business software.
- Willingness to work the assigned shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- 1 to 2 years of experience in call center, customer support, dispatch, or similar office roles is preferred; however, freshers and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs80,000.
