As a CAE Engineer at Cads Engineering Services,

you will be responsible for

designing, simulating, and analyzing complex automotive components using cutting-edge CAE software. Your expertise in crash simulation, CFD, and finite element analysis will be critical to ensuring product integrity and safety. The role involves managing the full simulation workflow from CAD model conversion to post-processing mesh results. Responsibilities

Create detailed and complex 3D models of automotive components using CATIA V5.
Set up, run, and analyze crash simulations utilizing Pam-Crash software to assess vehicle safety and compliance.
Develop high-quality computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and structural meshes that meet strict engineering criteria for crashworthiness.
Apply deep understanding of structural finite element analysis (FEA) and meshing principles to optimize simulation accuracy and efficiency.
Handle the entire simulation workflow, including CAD data conversion, mesh generation, simulation execution, and result post-processing.
Innovate and develop new engineering methodologies and advanced product concepts to improve performance and safety.
Leverage hands-on experience in crash physics and multi-domain meshing to address complex automotive engineering challenges.
Maintain clear and effective communication regarding project progress, findings, and technical insights with internal teams and clients.
Continuously update knowledge and skills on emerging CAE tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
Adapt quickly to new tasks and changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced engineering environment.
