We are seeking a confident and results-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team in Lahore Model Town. The ideal candidate will have experience working with US-based clients and a strong background in cold calling, outbound sales, and lead generation. This role demands excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to consistently meet performance targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The position is full-time and onsite, with working hours from 12 PM to 9 PM, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective US-based clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted cold calling and outreach efforts.
- Build rapport with prospects and effectively communicate the value of IT and software products and services.
- Identify customer needs and qualify potential business opportunities.
- Handle objections and customer inquiries with professionalism and tact.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects and maintain accurate records of leads.
- Update CRM systems to track call activities and lead progress.
- Consistently achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and overall performance targets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling, outbound calling, or telemarketing.
- Prior experience working with a US-based IT company or software house is essential.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience handling US clients.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills with a clear, professional American accent.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including persuasion and objection handling.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to perform efficiently under pressure.
- Proficient computer skills; familiarity with CRM platforms is advantageous.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits:
The role offers a fixed salary plus commission, providing performance-based earning potential. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring candidates to reliably commute or relocate to Lahore Model Town before starting.
