Callex Solutions seeks highly motivated Urdu Call Center professionals to join our dynamic customer support team. Responsibilities
Receive inbound customer calls and manage outbound calling campaigns to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Listen actively to customer inquiries and complaints, providing accurate solutions while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. Document each interaction diligently by updating the CRM system with call records and customer data.

Handle multiple calls and tasks effectively, demonstrating strong multitasking skills and attention to detail. Support day and night shift operations with a commitment to maintaining service quality throughout.

Collaborate with team members and management to meet performance goals and contribute to the continuous improvement of call center processes and customer service strategies.

Train and support team members as required to uphold high standards of communication and operational excellence.
