Channel Manager Mortgage Sales - Lahore

This role is focused on driving mortgage business growth within designated banking channels by increasing customer acquisition, supporting portfolio expansion, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The position involves close collaboration with frontline sales teams, internal stakeholders, and customers to ensure smooth end-to-end mortgage processing while upholding strong compliance and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Drive mortgage sales growth and expand the portfolio across assigned channels, including Priority, Business Banking, Emerging Business, and Branch networks. Promote mortgage solutions to increase product penetration within these segments. Manage the entire mortgage application process, ensuring timely onboarding and efficient case processing. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and referral sources to support customer acquisition and retention initiatives aimed at achieving revenue and business targets. Monitor application pipelines closely and proactively address any processing delays to improve turnaround times. Provide valuable market and customer feedback to aid product enhancement and identify new business growth opportunities. Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational controls. Deliver a high-quality customer experience through clear communication and service excellence.

Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution is essential. Candidates should have relevant experience in mortgage sales, consumer banking, retail banking, priority banking, business banking, or relationship management. A strong understanding of mortgage and home finance products is required. Proven ability to build client relationships and drive business growth is critical. Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills are necessary, along with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. The role demands effective multitasking and the ability to work in a target-driven environment. A sound understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements within the banking sector is also important.
