Recruitment Intern

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a hands-on internship designed to provide you with real-world experience in the full-cycle recruitment process within the fast-paced IT industry. You will learn how to source, engage, and assess top talent while supporting our mission to build the next generation of tech teams for our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Under the guidance of our experienced recruiters, you will:

Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, social media) to identify and attract potential candidates for IT roles.
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and motivation.
Recruitment Administration: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Database Management: Help maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information, notes, and status updates.
Employer Branding: Assist in creating compelling job descriptions and social media content to promote Chase IT Global as an employer of choice.
Market Research: Support the team by researching market trends, salary benchmarks, and new sourcing strategies for in-demand IT skills.
