Pharmacy Branch Manager

Chughtai Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Branch Manager to oversee and lead the operations of our pharmacy branch. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience managing a pharmacy within community retail, medical center, or hospital environments. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmacy operations management, regulatory compliance, inventory control, and financial management. The Pharmacy Branch Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient daily operations, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role involves managing a team of six professionals, ensuring their development and optimal performance to meet company goals effectively. As a Pharmacy Branch Manager at Chughtai Healthcare, you will play a critical role in managing pharmacy inventory, demand forecasting, and regulatory compliance specific to pharmacy settings. You will also be accountable for staff training and development, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Your leadership will directly impact the branchs financial performance by monitoring budgets and implementing cost-control measures. The position requires effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and healthcare partners while maintaining a safe and compliant pharmacy environment.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company policies and healthcare regulations.
Manage regulatory compliance including pharmacy laws, safety guidelines, and record-keeping requirements.
Control and optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock, including demand forecasting and procurement planning.
Supervise financial management tasks such as budgeting, sales tracking, and expense control to meet branch profitability targets.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of six pharmacy staff members to enhance skills, performance, and customer service quality.
Implement and monitor customer service standards to build strong relationships and address any customer concerns promptly.
Coordinate with healthcare providers and suppliers to ensure timely supply of medications and maintain positive professional relationships.
Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with professional standards and continuous improvement.
Analyze sales trends and pharmacy operations data to identify opportunities for process improvement and growth.
Ensure the proper storage, handling, and disposal of pharmaceutical products in line with regulatory requirements.
Prepare and submit reports on branch performance, compliance status, and inventory to senior management.
Handle administrative functions including staffing schedules, payroll coordination, and maintenance of pharmacy records.
Enforce policies related to workplace safety, security, and hygiene to provide a safe environment for staff and customers.
Drive initiatives for customer engagement and community outreach to enhance the branchs presence and reputation in the healthcare market.
Resolve any operational issues promptly and escalate when necessary to maintain smooth business performance.
