CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

Chughtaiz is seeking a dynamic Customer Engagement Executive to join our team. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards the best product choices. The ideal candidate excels in communication, problem solving, and managing customer feedback to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include engaging walk-in customers, recommending Kohler products tailored to customer requirements, preparing quotations, and actively following up with potential clients. The role requires achieving monthly sales targets while supporting showroom sales activities and product presentations to promote our range effectively. This position requires at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role but does not involve managing a team. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to enhancing the customer experience. Working closely with sales and support teams, the Customer Engagement Executive will ensure that every interaction maximizes customer loyalty and drives sales performance in line with company goals.
Responsibilities

Welcome walk-in customers warmly and actively listen to understand their needs.
Recommend appropriate Kohler products based on a thorough assessment of customer requirements.
Prepare detailed and accurate quotations to provide customers with transparent pricing information.
Maintain consistent follow-up communications with potential customers to convert inquiries into sales.
Build and nurture strong, trusting customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Deliver a high level of customer service aimed at exceeding customer expectations.
Achieve or exceed individual monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
Support showroom sales efforts by assisting in product presentations and demonstrations.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.
Utilize customer feedback management tools effectively to track customer sentiments and actions.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to coordinate campaign activities and customer outreach.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment.
